Helen Grant

In 2010, Helen Grant entered UK Parliament as the first Anglo-African female Conservative MP.
In January 2021, UK Prime Minister Boris Johnson appointed her as his Special Envoy for Girls’ Education. Helen has also been the Prime Minister’s Trade Envoy to Nigeria since October 2020.
Helen has previously served as Minister for Justice, Minister for Women and Equalities, and Minister for Sport and Tourism. Before politics, she was a lawyer specialising in family breakdown and domestic violence.
