Technology can help in promoting new ideas of the responsibilities of school leaders. Using technology, school leaders reoriented their approach to students to make sure that they are safe and learning. It has reoriented relationships between leaders and teachers and parents. And it has opened up new possibilities for school leaders about how education can happen within their school and outside of it.
3. Technology is a huge driving force for scale. It allows organizations to move into new geographies and have much bigger cohort sizes. At the same time, it makes organizations systematize training content and processes which makes replicating and scaling easier.
