Stephen is Research Manager for the Challenges Group. He oversees all youth and market integration programmes and research and was the lead researcher for YBI’s youth on the move study. Stephen specialises in entrepreneurship, employment and labour market integration of young people. He is published academically and in policy on youth employment, entrepreneurship and rural economic development. He has worked for clients on youth entrepreneurship and employment such as Master Card Foundation, Standard Chartered Bank, IFAD, DfiD and Irish Aid. He is also experienced on issues of conflict, migration and internal displacement. He holds a MA in Poverty and Development from the Institute of Development Studies, UK.
