Alicia Herbert

Alicia has over 20 years of experience in international development. Prior to joining the Department for International Development (DFID) now the FCDO, in 1999, she worked with a range of organisations including the World Bank and the Policy Studies Institute. Alicia was previously Head of DFID Mozambique and has extensive experience in the field, working in Sub Saharan Africa and Asia including in fragile countries. Alicia holds a degree in economics and a postgraduate degree in social policy.
