Frances Beaton-Day

Frances Beaton-Day is an Early Childhood Development consultant working with the World Bank’s Early Learning Partnership (ELP) team. She is the co-author of a recent WB report on childcare and is coordinating a new cross-sectoral childcare work program. Fran also supports the design and implementation of several WB ECD operations. Previously, Fran worked on ECD and education programs at Save the Children and at Ark in London. She started her career as a management consultant with BCG in London.
