Harry Patrinos

Harry Anthony Patrinos is Manager for Europe and Central Asia in the World Bank’s education global practice. He specializes in the returns to education, quality of education, demand-side financing, and public-private partnerships. He has worked on the quality of education and co-created the Harmonized Learning Outcomes, recently published in Nature.
