Joseph Wales

Joseph is an Education Adviser in the Education Research Team of the UK Foreign, Commonwealth and Development Office (FCDO). He leads on the Education in Emergencies research agenda – working with FCDO country offices, researchers and partner organisation to connect research, policy and practice in this field. Before joining FCDO, he worked for the Overseas Development Institute (ODI), where his research focused on the political economy of education systems and reforms.
