Osman Issah

Osman Issah is a Project Manager and the acting Head for Digital Infrastructure and Capacity Building of Smart Africa, a pan-African multilateral organization with the vision of transforming Africa into a single digital market (www.smartafrica.org). At Smart Africa, Osman is leading cross-functional teams and multi-stakeholders teams towards achieving the digital transformation agenda of Africa which is in line with Smart Africa vision and Africa Union Digital Transformation Strategy.
