Sumrana Yasmin

Sumrana is the Senior Global Technical Lead for Refractive Error at Sightsavers. Her work focuses on developing equitable and scalable eye health programmes in low- and middle-income countries to strengthen health and education systems, with a focus on unaddressed refractive error, school health and vision rehabilitation. She is passionate about gender equity, social inclusion and sustainable development, and promote these by advocating for its integration in development policies and practices.
