Mr Elyas Abdi Jillaow, OGW, is the Director General, Ministry of Education, State Department of Early Learning & Basic Education in Kenya. He previously served as National Education Sector Plan Coordinator within the Kenyan Directorate of Policy Partnership and East African Community Affairs. He is a board member with the Global Partnership for Education. He is a former teacher and principal.
